TELEPSYCHIATRY · CALIFORNIA
Life is complex. Psychiatric care can adapt to it.
Psychiatry designed to reduce overwhelm, enhance strengths, and meet you where you are. Treatment here is never one-size-fits-all.
Care that fits where you are right now
Through a direct care model, you work directly with me to build a plan that aligns with your goals, your lifestyle, and your preferred pace. With expert psychiatric care, flexible scheduling, direct communication, and timely follow-up, your care can evolve as your needs change.
Common reasons people reach out
Many of the people I work with are open to understanding themselves more clearly, and want a psychiatrist who stays in the conversation with them.
Adult ADHD
Diagnosis, medication management, and practical strategies that work with how your brain works — not against it.
Parents of neurodivergent kids
Support for you, the parent — not just another referral for your child. You need care too, especially while you’re advocating for theirs.
Overwhelmed professionals & parents
Help metabolizing the load of doing too much, for too long, with too little support — before it turns into burnout.
Narcissistic abuse & emotional trauma recovery
Rebuilding trust in your own perception after a relationship that taught you not to trust it.
Life stage transitions
Peripartum, menopause, empty nest — and the identity shifts that come with them.
Depression, anxiety & burnout
Care that treats the whole picture, not just the symptom list.
My approach to psychiatric care
I combine evidence-informed psychiatric care with a warm, collaborative, insight-oriented style. Medication management is person-centered, and I often integrate psychodynamic, relational, and mindfulness-based psychotherapy approaches. That might mean medication, therapy, both, or neither yet — we figure it out together, and the plan changes as you do.
You'll never be handed a diagnosis and a prescription and sent on your way. Whether you're here for a single, thorough second opinion or ongoing care, you'll get my honest medical recommendation and a care plan that follows a pace and depth you're comfortable with.
Every visit is with me — a board-certified physician (MD) psychiatrist — so you see the same doctor every time, someone who knows your story.
Direct-pay makes room for flexible care
No insurance company deciding how long your appointment is or how often you're allowed to need help. You get real time and access between visits when you need it.
